Subjects and Grades

TheMiniKid covers Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade with math, reading, science, writing, technology and history. Every subject has grade-level videos, books and practice quizzes designed for curious kids.

Is TheMiniKid really free?

Yes. TheMiniKid is completely free — no subscriptions, no in-app purchases for learning, and no advertising. Parents create the family account, each child gets a profile with a PIN, and the parent dashboard tracks everything.

How does the parent dashboard work?

Parents see minutes learned, subjects covered, quiz scores, completed books and videos, and the daily focus chart. Every activity a child finishes triggers a notification, and parents receive a weekly progress email summarizing what their child learned.

Is TheMiniKid safe for children?

TheMiniKid has no advertising, no public chat, no comments and no way for strangers to contact children. Kids cannot sign up on their own — a parent controls every account — and we never sell personal data.

Can I celebrate my child's birthday on TheMiniKid?

Yes. The Birthday Spotlight puts your child's name, photo and a message on the homepage for one full day with confetti and fireworks. It is a one-time $20 — you pay first, then a private link lets you add the details and pick the day.
