If you're a parent trying to get a child back into their account, you can reset a child's PIN yourself from the family dashboard — no need to wait on us.
If you believe any content in our library is misfiled for its grade level, tell us the title and we'll review it. Our library is public-domain material, and we'd rather over-correct than leave something in the wrong place.
